The Five-Day Community Living Camp was conducted successfully from 2/12/2025 to 6/12/2025 with the aim of fostering social responsibility, discipline, cooperation, and holistic personality development among students. The camp provided a structured environment where participants experienced community living through a balanced blend of physical activities, academic sessions, service learning, cultural expression, and reflective discussions. Each day of the camp followed a well-planned routine. The day began with yoga at 7:00 AM, promoting physical fitness, mental calmness, and self-discipline. On 25th November, Athira Miss visited for a general class observation, where I conducted my lesson while receiving constructive feedback on my teaching methods, classroom interaction, and overall performance. To express gratitude, I presented a small gift to my mentor and thanked the teachers and staff for their guidance, support, and the opportunities they provided throughout the teaching practice. Throughout the week, I continued handling regular class periods as well as substitution periods, which provided me with opportunities to maintain teaching continuity, manage diverse classroom dynamics, and practice different teaching strategies. The experience helped me refine my lesson delivery, interact effectively with students, and adapt my teaching methods to meet the learning needs of different learners. In addition to classroom teaching, I was assigned discipline duty and meal duty. Throughout the week, I observed regular class periods and also handled substitution periods, which helped me strengthen my teaching skills, adaptability, and classroom management. I attended a lotion-making class conducted by NSS students, which emphasized experiential learning, social responsibility, and practical skill development.
