THIRD WEEK OF TEACHING PRACTICE
Third week of Teaching Practice
July 28 – August 1
The third week of teaching practice had a packed and engaging schedule. Along with our regular responsibilities such as disciplinary duties, midday meal distribution, and classroom sessions, we were assigned several additional tasks.
This week marked the commencement of the First Unit Examination. We were entrusted with duties like collecting, counting, and arranging exam papers into bundles, which we managed efficiently and with care.
The Sports Meet Inauguration at St. Mary's Higher Secondary School took place on August 1st with great enthusiasm. The event began with a vibrant march-past, followed by the ceremonial lighting of the torch. A series of athletic competitions such as Race, Shot Put, Discus Throw, High Jump, and Long Jump showcased the sporting talents of the students. To add to the festive atmosphere, a delightful Food Fest was also organized, offering a variety of tasty treats to participants and spectators alike.
As teacher trainees from Vendar, we were given multiple responsibilities throughout the week. Despite the demanding nature of the tasks, we fulfilled them with sincere effort and dedication, gaining valuable experience in the process.
