𝗟𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲

In the last week, observing the PTA meeting provided valuable insight into parent-teacher collaboration and discussions on student progress. These experiences collectively helped me gain a deeper understanding of the holistic functioning of a school, the significance of discipline, teamwork, and communication, and strengthened my confidence and practical skills as a future educator.

 Overall, my teaching practice was a highly enriching and insightful experience. Over the weeks, I actively participated in various school activities, including classroom teaching, meal and discipline duties, and observing special events. Celebrations like Onam, Hiroshima Day, and Teachers’ Day, along with Rachana competitions and the Manorama News Fest, helped me understand the importance of cultural values, student motivation, and event management in a school setting.
