As part of the “Shuchitva Keralam Sundhara Keralam” initiative, the NSS unit of our college organized a meaningful program on 27th September 2024 by distributing waste bins to the Welfare Primary School, Vendar. The activity aimed to promote the habit of waste segregation and proper disposal among young children, thereby encouraging them to practice cleanliness and environmental responsibility from an early age.

The NSS volunteers interacted with the students, spreading awareness about the importance of keeping surroundings clean and maintaining hygiene in daily life. The distribution of waste bins was a symbolic yet practical step towards creating a sustainable environment and instilling civic sense in the younger generation.
Being a part of this program was a rewarding experience for me. I realized that small steps, like providing waste bins and raising awareness, can create a lasting impact on children’s habits and their outlook towards the environment. It also gave me a sense of satisfaction to contribute to the broader vision of Shuchitva Keralam Sundhara Keralam. This activity inspired me to practice cleanliness in my own life and to spread the message of environmental responsibility wherever possible.

The festivities began with Aarpponam, setting a joyful tone for the day. Various cultural programs, including traditional dances, songs, and skits, were performed, reflecting the spirit and traditions of Onam. The highlight of the celebration was the grand Onam Sadhya, accompanied by fun traditional games that encouraged participation from everyone. The event not only promoted a sense of unity and teamwork but also helped students connect with the cultural roots and values of Kerala. Overall, the celebration created a memorable and engaging experience for all involved.

Community living camp  เดจിเดฐാเดฎเดฏം 2K25:เด•്เดทേเดฎเดฎാเดฃ് เดฒเด•്เดท്เดฏം เดธേเดตเดจเดฎാเดฃ് เดฎാเตผเด—ം. The Five-Day Community Living Camp was conducted successfully from 2/12/2025 to 6/12/2025 with the aim of fostering social responsibility, discipline, cooperation, and holistic personality development among students. The camp provided a structured environment where participants experienced community living through a balanced blend of physical activities, academic sessions, service learning, cultural expression, and reflective discussions. Each day of the camp followed a well-planned routine. The day began with yoga at 7:00 AM, promoting physical fitness, mental calmness, and self-discipline. Third week of Teaching Practice August 01, 2025 July 28 – August 1 The third week of teaching practice had a packed and engaging schedule. Along with our regular responsibilities such as disciplinary duties, midday meal distribution, and classroom sessions, we were assigned several additional tasks. This week marked the commencement of the First Unit Examination. We were entrusted with duties like collecting, counting, and arranging exam papers into bundles, which we managed efficiently and with care. The Sports Meet Inauguration at St. Mary's Higher Secondary School took place on August 1st with great enthusiasm. The event began with a vibrant march-past, followed by the ceremonial lighting of the torch. A series of athletic competitions such as Race, Shot Put, Discus Throw, High Jump, and Long Jump showcased the sporting talents of the students.
