Ente Keralam – 5th Anniversary Celebration Of State Cabinet

As part of the “Ente Keralam” celebrations marking the 5th anniversary of the State Cabinet, a grand Pradarshana Vipanana Mela (Exhibition and Trade Fair) was organized at Ashramam Maidanam, Kollam on May 11 to may17 . The event showcased Kerala’s developmental achievements and innovative initiatives across various sectors.

A group of 15 NSS volunteers from our college had the privilege to participate in the programme on may 15. They contributed to the successful conduct of the event through their active involvement and service. In addition, the volunteers also had the opportunity to attend a seminar on “Jeevitham Anu Lahari”, focusing on anti-drug awareness and the importance of leading a healthy, drug-free life. The session inspired students to spread the message of a safe and responsible society.And also focused on the values of life, wellness, and positive living.

The entire experience was both educational and inspiring, providing the volunteers with insights into Kerala’s progress and the importance of social responsibility. The event truly embodied the spirit of “People’s Participation in Development.”

The festivities began with Aarpponam, setting a joyful tone for the day. Various cultural programs, including traditional dances, songs, and skits, were performed, reflecting the spirit and traditions of Onam. The highlight of the celebration was the grand Onam Sadhya, accompanied by fun traditional games that encouraged participation from everyone. The event not only promoted a sense of unity and teamwork but also helped students connect with the cultural roots and values of Kerala. Overall, the celebration created a memorable and engaging experience for all involved.

Community living camp  เดจിเดฐാเดฎเดฏം 2K25:เด•്เดทേเดฎเดฎാเดฃ് เดฒเด•്เดท്เดฏം เดธേเดตเดจเดฎാเดฃ് เดฎാเตผเด—ം. The Five-Day Community Living Camp was conducted successfully from 2/12/2025 to 6/12/2025 with the aim of fostering social responsibility, discipline, cooperation, and holistic personality development among students. The camp provided a structured environment where participants experienced community living through a balanced blend of physical activities, academic sessions, service learning, cultural expression, and reflective discussions. Each day of the camp followed a well-planned routine. The day began with yoga at 7:00 AM, promoting physical fitness, mental calmness, and self-discipline. This was followed by the morning assembly at 8:00 AM, conducted by the documentation group of the previous day, ensuring student leadership and continuity. Third week of Teaching Practice August 01, 2025 July 28 – August 1 The third week of teaching practice had a packed and engaging schedule. Along with our regular responsibilities such as disciplinary duties, midday meal distribution, and classroom sessions, we were assigned several additional tasks. This week marked the commencement of the First Unit Examination. We were entrusted with duties like collecting, counting, and arranging exam papers into bundles, which we managed efficiently and with care. The Sports Meet Inauguration at St. Mary's Higher Secondary School took place on August 1st with great enthusiasm. The event began with a vibrant march-past, followed by the ceremonial lighting of the torch. A series of athletic competitions such as Race, Shot Put, Discus Throw, High Jump, and Long Jump showcased the sporting talents of the students.
